Much like the cuentos (scary stories & legends) Latinos grow up with, like La Llorona, El Chupacabras, and El Cuco; the story of Annabelle: Creation is loosely based on true events that have been retold time and time again to the point of becoming a legend; earning its place as one of the creepiest cuentos ever told.

To honor the release of the movie we invited abuelas (grandmas) to tell this contemporary cuento right beside the very stories that have terrified Latino culture for generations.
